Five 9s Digital Sells Four (4) Data Centers For $41M
Five 9s Digital sold four (4) of its single-tenant data centers in December of 2021 for $41M after an average hold period of five (5) years. The data centers are located in Jacksonville, Charlotte, Columbus, and Memphis.
Segra is the single-tenant in the Charlotte data center located in the NC Research Park just north of Charlotte. Expedient is the single-tenant for both the Memphis and Columbus data centers and Flexential is the occupant of the Jacksonville data center. The data centers were acquired by Five 9s since 2014.
The four (4) data center portfolio was sold to an institutional investor of digital infrastructure seeking to broaden its national portfolio of leased data center assets.
