Five 9s Digital Completes Sale of Columbus Data Center to Tenant
Five 9s Digital announced the successful sale of a 6 MW single-tenant data center in Columbus, Ohio, to its long-term tenant.
Originally developed by Five 9s Digital in 2016 as a build-to-suit facility, the property was purpose-built to meet the operational requirements of the data center operator under a long-term lease structure. After nearly a decade of ownership, the tenant exercised its option to acquire the asset, with the transaction closing in March 2026.
The facility has been recognized for its quality and execution, earning NAIOP’s “Best Project” award for the Columbus market in 2026.
