Five 9s Digital is pleased to present a 150-acre data center development site in Graniteville, South Carolina. The property offers an initial 100 MW of power availability through Dominion Energy of South Carolina upon construction of an on-site substation. In addition, the site includes an existing natural gas substation, already vetted for an initial 50 MW near-term deployment with scalable long-term capacity. Dominion’s planned interconnect substation is located directly at the edge of the property, enhancing timeline and delivery certainty.
