Five 9s Digital is pleased to bring to market a turnkey, free-standing data center located in Dayton, Ohio. The 27,360 SF data center is situated on 4.5 acres and includes equipment and infrastructure in excellent condition.

This very well-maintained data center will be available for occupancy on April 1, 2025. The facility includes 3 MW of total infrastructure in-place with scalable power to 5 MW in 6 months~ with further expansion capacity via AES Ohio. Both metro and long haul fiber are located on site with regional connectivity to Columbus, Cincinatti, Cleveland, Chicago and Detroit.

Numerous building and infrastructure updates have been completed recently including electrical and mechanical replacements, a new roof installed in 2019 and window replacements.

Due to the rapid growth of the nearby Columbus data center market and the current limitations of power and suitable land sites, the Dayton market is experiencing a number of new active data center searches and deployments which activity is expected to continue in the area.
